I found that some widget default configs changes when the DSP is loaded: The big question is if the DSP firmare is compatible with the last fw revision (firmware date is Wed Apr 3 16:42:28 2013). It's something in the DSP / mixer / amplifier settings. Note that the playback stream can be captured using 'CA0132 What U Hear' capture device so PCM / DMA interface is fine. Sound Blaster Z here, analog mic input is working (with the correct mixer setup using alsamixer), but the playback does not work.
